Meditation has been the foundation of my spiritual connection and healing since I started my journey. I believe in it so much I wanted to help others to find the same peace that I have found and offer it to you at no charge. If you’ve ever asked yourself why you can’t meditate, or you don’t believe that you can because you can’t shut off your mind, you definitely need this class! In fact, if you find yourself too stressed, anxious or unfocused most of the time, this is an indication that finding a meditation practice could benefit you.

Usui Reiki Energy healing

This simple and yet profound healing technique can be learned by anyone and can be used on yourself, others, animals, and plants.  It can be done in person or sent from a distance. It can also be used to empower and cleanse objects, spaces or for manifesting. It is totally natural and cannot cause harm. • Instruction on the history of Reiki, how it is used, what it feels like and the guiding principles.

• An attunement to the Reiki I power symbol, which turns on and off the flow of energy.

• Time to practice your new healing abilities

• Certificate of completion which allows you to offer Reiki healing as a service.

• CEUs also available for massage therapists, nurses, personal trainers, etc.

Reiki II Course Includes:

• 30 page professional manual.

• Instruction on healing and non-healing techniques for mental, emotional, and healing across time and distance. Also, how to cleanse and clear the energy of a space or object.

• An attunement for the 4 new Reiki symbols which increase your ability to channel the energy 80%.

• Time to practice your new skills.

• Certificate of completion verifying that you are a Reiki II practitioner.

• CEUs available upon request.
